Returns

If you are unhappy with your product, something is damaged in transit, or you believe you have received the incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@gallusandgreen.co.uk. Please return the order to us in the original packaging. We will then endeavour to correct the order.

Refunds

To complete your return please contact us at hello@gallusandgreen.co.uk. with details of your order number and reason for return, we will then advise you of the returns procedure.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unique Colours

All soaps are made using the same recipe to the type, but as they are a handmade item they will invariably differ to the images you see on the website. As all natural products are used, there may also be some variance in the texture, colour or scent.  

Postage

All items to be posted will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class at a rate of £3.50 up to the weight of 1kg. Parcels heavier than this will be charged accordingly and in line with Royal Mail current postal charges.  Should you wish for your parcel to be delivered sooner, please contact us directly before you place your order, and we will try to get your parcel to you sooner, with additional charges to 

apply.  Should you live locally to G&G-HQ, please choose the Collect/deliver from G&G - by prior arrangement option. Please check before you place your order as to which option you wish to arrange.

Delivery Times

We are operating as a one man team, so sometimes other things takeover our gallus lifestyle.  We will aim to process orders on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you believe your order is taking too long, please feel free to give us a nudge at hello@gallusandgreen.co.uk, and we'll endeavour to do our best to fast track your order.
